Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE shipping and FREE returns for all domestic orders. Pretty amazing, right? Shipments generally arrive in 3 – 5 business days via Fedex Ground. Need it sooner? No problem, just select a faster delivery service at checkout for a small additional fee.
NOTE: Order fulfillment can take up to 48 hours (business days only), which means overnight shipments will be shipped overnight with the carrier (i.e., Fedex) but may take up to 2 business days to be processed by our warehouse. Please do not select overnight shipping and expect it to arrive the following morning.
We ship to every country in the world. International shipments are often subject to duties and taxes. We are NOT responsible for any additional charges, nor the cost of return shipping should you refuse delivery.
We will issue a refund within 48 – 72 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. Need a different size, color or style? No problem, just place a new order on our website and send back your original order for a full refund.
We accept international return however the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, we will accept unworn items with all original shoe box contents and packaging and provide free return shipping for all US orders within 365 days of the shipping date (only applicable to items paid in full at checkout, not products financed via Affirm which are subject to a 10 day return policy or paid via PayPal which are subject to a 10 day return policy). Items must be in same condition as they were received, including original packaging (tissue paper, plastic sleeves, shoe bag and horn). Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches. The soles are hand painted and will scuff as soon as they hit hard surface, including hardwood floors or concrete.
We will not accept damaged product. If you send back shoes with excessive creases or scuffed soles (even if you only wore them inside your house) we will not accept the return. We cannot resell merchandise that is not in like-new condition.
A $25 restocking fee will apply to all returns that are missing original packaging materials, shoe horn, shoe bag or packing slip to identify order and process return.
Disclaimer: The consignee authorizes NATTALY to import merchandise on his or her behalf. Furthermore, the consignee agrees that NATTALY may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee agrees to pay any applicable taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the merchandise.
